Why do Mexicans hate Americans?
Why do Mexicans come to The United States of America then expected their anchor babies to get welfare? Why should American tax payers pay for illegal aliens housing, food, and medical care? How about if they give birth in America we give the baby to an American family and send the Mexicans back to Mexico? Would that help deter illegal Mexicans from crossing the border? What is we passed a law to kill anybody here illegally on grounds of protecting national security. Or seeing illegals as terrorists. How can we make it if you come here illegally you get no food stamps, no free housing, no free child care, no free education, no home loans, no student loans, no car loans. No housing and No free Medical Care.

What is the answer to ending religious fanaticism?
I'm talking about extremists of all faiths. Many times. I've heard people say that education is the key, but how can it be if the 911 hijackers were well-educated at the University level?
And some of the Christian extremists are also well-educated. Like Paul Hill, who murdered two abortion doctors in 1994. He had a BA from Belhaven college as well as an MA in Theology.
I think atheist and author Sam Harris has a good point when he says "you can be educated enough to build a nuclear weapon and still be deluded enough by religion to think you'll get the 72 virgins if you use it."
So if education isn't the key to ending fanaticism, what is?
Opinions please?

I completed school with satisfactory GCSE grades how ever my first year of college did not go to well due to mental issues and stress at home so my college kicked me out, I do not have a current job or any money really, however I have been seeking a job ever since April of 2010, I want to continue education in the next academic year of 2010/2011. My parents never really give me any money or pocket allowance so I resorted in taking some of my sisters money, When my dad found out he physically beat me up until I was bleeding huge amounts, he was also going to resort to cutting me with a knife but my sisters stepped in, I was going to call the police but he told me that if I do he would put criminal theft charges against me, which would ruin my chance of getting a job in the future so I didn't. I really don't know what to do, my mother died when i was 7 and my dad married my step mom who is always horrible to me and my other two sisters. I want to get out of this house asap as I am worried about me and my sisters well being, but my sisters love my dad to much to leave him, I have no money and no family and I really don't know where to go or who to ask.If someone could advice me what to do, I would really be very grateful.

Is the university degree as an employent tool absolescent in the US?
There's still enough grunt work in the US to keep undocumented aliens coming across the Border. But all over the US people with bachelors and higher degrees and plenty of experience are out of jobs and not finding anything to replace what they lost.AP-Univision Poll: College dreams for Hispanics
"In the next decade, U.S. companies will have to fill millions of jobs to replace well-trained baby boomers going into retirement. As the nation's largest minority group, Latinos account for a growing share of the pool of workers, yet their skills may not be up to par. Aware of the challenge, some California State University campuses are reaching out to Hispanic children as early as the fourth grade.
"Aspirations for higher education are very strong among Hispanics, but there's a yawning discrepancy between aspirations and actual attainment," said Richard Fry, an education researcher at the Pew Hispanic Center."
A few years ago [approaching the age of 60] I found myself out of work and needing it. My expectation was there'd be no problem because I'd never had a problem in the past finding a job. Age and various other factors burst that bubble quickly enough, so I began searching for any job at all. "Over-qualified", "won't stay as soon as something better comes along" became the mutters.
Eventually I had to misrepresent my past, both experience and education, downward to get any kind of job.
Is a person new on the job market more likely to find work with a soft degree, or with a determination to get the best he/she can find involving getting the hands dirty, outdoors, with the possibility of heavy lifting?
Sorry. Should have said 'employment tool'

The Dream Act. Your oppinions?
I've hear about tha drean act that will allow imagrants that where brought here before the were 16 can, with the dream act, eventually gain permanent residency if they agree to attend 2 yrs or more on higher education (college, University [without grants and pay out of state fee's]) or 2 or more years in the U.S. milletary. For the most part children brought here illegally don't have a choice and are raised to be good American citizens and later to be told they can't even get a job because they can't control where they were born.(I'm pro dream act btw)
What are your oppiniond, pro or anti, and do you think that this act will be passed as a reaction of Arizona's SB 1070?
Don't be a hater, please actually have and argument other than "they weren't born here" or "it's against the law". Face it that's pretty basic info the whole world knows already.

Pytanie #10:
Should i divorce or not? Someone please give me a good and sound advice.?
I married a girl just after i passed my college B-Tech (it must be noted, that i got a good job). The girl at that point was 24, 2 years younger to me. Her education was only uptill 9th grade. Now it has been 4 years since then. I took care of her education and she is now attending college and about to complete her education. She completed 10th from NOS, then 12th and doing her grads in BBM (Bachelor of business management). But slowly i am beginning to feel frustrated. I am feeling that, my whole energy, salary and youth is being wasted in doing all this (sexually also she is not much active). She also has difficulty to adjust with my family, though i admit that my family too has a lot of drawbacks in dealing with her. This has made my mother to stay at her hometown after her retirement and not with me due to fear of altercations or fights (i feel so, not very sure of my mom's part whether this is the actual reason for her not to stay with me).
One more thing is, my wife although in her attitude towards me is good, but is too stupid in terms of what i say she forgets after every half an hour and repeats the same mistake which leads to my anger and hypertension.
Also taking care of her education, my own higher study aim is getting neglected. This is because i am afraid to keep her at my home when i go for any full time course because i am sure she will have fights with my family, also i can't let her at her (wife's) hometown because they are not from a very well-to-do and a decent background.
I sometimes feel that i would divorce her as soon as she gets a job after completing her graduation, and lead a free, independent life of my own with my mother and family as at that time she would be no longer dependent on me. Am i right?
Someone please give me a good thoughtful advice.

Everyone please help ? (A friendship issue) ?
Ok, so unfortunately, after planning for a few years to move in with my best friend, I now HAVE to tell her I CAN'T move in with her and that the best thing for me is to stay where I am- I have to tell her this one month before we were supposed to move in together! I don't know what to do. I don't know if I am clearly expressing that it's DEFINITLEY no, because I have told her "I can't" a few times before, but she always seem to find a way around it to say "here's why you have to come down here, are you sure you're up for it?" I don't want her to drive all the way down here to pick me up when I can't and don't even truly want to anymore. And I don't want ANY conflict between her and I. BTW she has a wedding coming up which I get to be a part of- but part of the plan was that I move in, we get to pick out dresses right before the wedding, and then I continue living with her and her fiance. This is what I'm planning on writing. How does it sound? Clear enough? Wishy washy? Is it loving enough? Does it show I still want to be her best friend?
Hey -----, How are you doing? I hope well... There's something I have to tell you, but really don't want to say- because my mind has been on one good thing for this entire time, and that has been moving in with you- soon. My mom and I had a long conversation and she has blatently told me that if I try anything or try to even discuss it- she's going to call you, your parents and the fight is just going to be on. And I know that she couldn't technically do anything but I don't want her to ruin everything. My mom has already told me I have to get my education- no excuses- before I move ANYwhere. Of course I want to get my education too at some point but that's not like my number one priority. She has bascally chosen this for me. I am truly truly so so SOOOOOOOOOO sorry- and I don't want you to think that this means that I don't think it would be great and AMAZING, because I have this entire time- I really really hope you know that you are still my very best friend and I still want to be a part of your life and of course you're wedding. It's just that this move is going to have to come at a different time for me. I hope you understand. Call me as soon as you get this.
Is there anything I'm leaving out?

Would America be better off, as a whole, if 2% of America didn't control 95% of its wealth?
Wouldn't a lot of our social ills be fixed? Would there even be a need for health care or education reform? Seems to me that if everyone was living at least comfortably, and we had a few less mutlibillionaires, we'd all be okay... it seems equally obvious to me that these ultra-rich must have exploited and oppressed many other people to amass such wealth... the Waltons certainly did.. making hundreds of billions on the backs of minimum wage workers with few raises, few benefits, and lack of job security... I've worked for Target in my lifetime, and saw the way these big businesses run things, all while giving their top-tier guys billions.Money is finite. There is only some amount of money that has been printed by the Federal Mint, and only a certain amount in circulation. Even "on paper" it's finite... that also has absolutely nothing to do with the disparity of wealth
I'm going to law school starting August 18th... you'll continue to be a blue-collar employee advocating for the ultra-rich. Sucks for you.
Standard of living would undoubtedly increase if the poor were less poor and the rich were less rich. Even if you'd like to make the argument that business would modify their prices in an upward manner to reflect the larger amount of people able to afford them (sounds counter-intuitive to me... I'd think a larger potential buying base would allow for lower prices), the American dollar has an inherent international value, and the poorer among us could go elsewhere to get basic medical services, goods, etc.
Western Europe isn't failing (despite what some in the GOP would say) in spite of the fact that they have much higher tax brackets on the wealthy, high inheritance taxes, and much less disparity of wealth... in fact, their standards of living, life expectancy, and overall happiness (as polled) are all higher than here in America.

I am a nineteen-year-old who needs advice for his first resume. I have never worked before, and so I do not really know what headings exactly to include in the body of the resume specifically. For instance, I know:OBJECTIVE
WORK EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION
and some others are a given but which are recommended? I have taken a look at some templates on the Internet and was wondering should I even include an objective section at all, or a personal (even though I have no previous work experience) statement? What other areas are recommended for me? As even though I am young with no experience for now, I would still like to make this as professional as possible. And Lastly, is there a preferred order to arrange the section headings, as by importance? Thanks in advance.

What do you think illegals students deliver coffins to Sen. Corker's office demanding free college?
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Around 40 students, teachers and other supporters of the Dream Act carried two coffins from Vanderbilt University to Senator Bob Corker's office on West End Avenue Wednesday. The goal was to encourage the Tennessee senator to help push along a bill in Congress aimed at helping immigrant students gain entry into college or find work.
Group spokesperson Arely Bravo told News 2, "We want them to support our dreams. We want him to support the Dream Act to help us further our education."
The students had two full-size coffins filled with diplomas, awards and college acceptance letters.
"The coffin represents the fact that after high school, many immigrant students find that their dreams die," said volunteer and Davidson County school teacher Molly Sehring. "In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, sometimes it's very important to dramatize an issue, and that is what we're doing today, we're dramatizing the fact these kids dreams are dying after high school graduation."
The students marched just over a mile on West End Avenue to reach the senator's office.
While he was not in Nashville on Wednesday, two of his staff members met with the group, listened to their concerns and accepted dozens of letters from students.
In a statement concerning the Dream Act, the senator's staff, "Senator Corker understands the importance of higher education but has concerns about the details of this legislation and its potential effect of encouraging illegal immigration."

Should I transfer schools if...?
I'm taking out a 29,000 loan as a freshman.I am going to my dream school and a top 10 university.
if i don't find enough aid my sop-junior year I might have to transfer/
I want to go to med school and will more than likely need loans.
The point is- should I transfer to let's say an in-state school my junior year?
I'm already enrolled in a 58,000 undergraduate school and will start in the fall (I'm really excited put I feel pending future doom with the amount of loans I'm racking up). I didn't really realize the magnitude of the loans until AFTER I accepted the offer of admission :(
What's really bad is that I got a full ride to a decent university and turned them down. I did so for a few reasons.... 1. I needed to get away from home because my parents are protective manics and I figured my independence would come at a high cost. 2 i wanted the typical college experience and wanted to go away to college 3. i wanted the BEST possible education. 4. My parents didn't really explain to me the whole meaning of loans and how taking out a 29,000 loan is the equivalent of paying 60,000 with accrued interest after repayment is up..multiply that by 4 or 8 years. O_o
I don't regret the decision now but I'm afraid I will- Help!

Why did I waste so many years of my life doing nothing, when I could have been taking my future more seriously?
It just didn't sink in. I spent every year of school from 1-10 (dropped out in grade 10) getting in trouble with teachers, skipping classes and putting next to no effort at all studying. Life past me like a flash of light, and before I knew it, I was 21 (now 24) with no education... I had to take adult upgrading to re-memorize everything I did learn in school, and even then I failed to successfully get my grade 12. I am now thinking of university... Where I live, I can get into uni as a mature student without any high school diploma. I can also get tuition for mental health disability, because over the past 3 or so years I've been battling server social anxiety. My question is, why on earth did it not sink in. All my friends got through school and college, and some are even married with kids now. But I'm trailing light years behind. It's ridiculous. I could panic and fall into depression, but I'm gonna stay strong... I just have to tell myself that everyone moves at different paces. I just so happened to be one of the draggers... I would be very thankful for any advice at all.Pytanie #22:
What is your dating, engagement and wedding story?
I met my fh in 1987, when I was a sophomore and he was a junior in high school. We've been the best of friends since. I knew that I loved him even back then. After high school I went to college, and I dated someone from 18-22. I've always kept in contact with my best friend from high school. After college I was single and dated various people. In 1998 me and my fh dated for a year and a half. It was the best time of our lives. But he broke it off to pursue higher education. I didn't want to lose him as my friend, so we just remained really good friends. We kept in contact via email, and I saw him once every couple of years. Mainly when I went to the Bay Area of California or he would come to Washington D.C. We would have dinner and catch up (no sex). My next long term relationship was from 28-31. He had mentioned marriage, but something told me that he was not the one for me. My heart yearned for someone else. From 31-34 I was single, and didn't date. When I moved back to California, it had been nearly 5 years since I had seen my friend, and boy did he make some major changes! The first time I had seen him was June of 2007.He use to weigh about 400 lbs, and wore thick glasses. Now he's 5'10, 180, and BUFF! He had lasik surgery, and started shaving his head bald (he's thinning on top). I use to weigh 285 lbs, and now I'm a fit 135 (without gastric bypass surgery).
We started dating again on August 1, 2007. He proposed to me on May 1, 2010, and we're getting married on 10/10/10. We've chosen Sedona, AZ as our destination to get married, because both of our families are located in AZ. This is where we're getting married: Click Here

Do you think K-12 education should be mandatory through law?
Personally I don't think it should...from my experience in public High School, there were ALOT of people that obviously didn't want to be there and didn't belong there. They failed year after year and just created discipline problems and other negative effects that detracted from the experiences of myself and others who wanted to be there.I think the public schooling option should be there, but should not be enforced as far as 12th grade. Maybe require elementary schooling but past that should be just an option. That way we would save some tax money from not having to educate people who didn't want to be educated and enhance the education of those who want it.
What do you think?
Debbie P - then perhaps require education up to a certain point in order to vote?
A B - someone has to take out the trash.
Pytanie #28:
Is Marijuana Prohibition helping anyone?
I've heard alot of supporters of the Prohibition say they are helping people by preventing people from using marijuana, and thus preventing their lives from going downhill. Illegalizing pot, however, doesn't prevent people from using it (as we can clearly see from reality), it just punishes them even more after they are caught using it, which is just adding to the burden of already being addicted to pot (If pot really is the addictive, life-ruining monster like heroin and crystalmeth that alot of misinformed people make it out to be.)Keeping people from using marijuana would be more like making the Cannabis Sativa plant COMPLETELY and utterly extinct, or putting surveillance cameras over every inch of U.S. ground so that noone could ever grow it, or do anything else without the Government breathing down their necks and being aware of it.
If Prohibition supporters were truly concerned about drug users, they would focus more on drug education, or putting people in rehab instead of jail. However in my experience I've noticed alot of anti-marijuana people claiming putting people in rehab would cost "too much money", as if jail were a less-expensive alternative. To me it seems like people who are against marijuana aren't trying to help anyone, but rather have a malice and unexplainable hatred towards any non-violent person who uses marijuana in the privacy of their own home.
What do you think?
*And for the record, I don't think marijuana users should be put in jail OR rehab, with taxpayer money. They should just be left alone, not helped, and not harmed. (Unless they are driving or public using.)

Should I go to a co-ed high school or an all girls catholic high school?
Okay, so I'm about to go into high school. I can either go to a pretty good public school where all my friends are going adn where I would get a pretty good education or a prestigious all-girls catholic school. The all-girls school draws me in because I get along with new people, I am very ambitious, and would love to have a close knit community within school without being drawn to drugs and other poor decisions. I am very girly and nice so I think this would be a good fit to me! The all-girls school is also located in the heart of downtown and I think that would be an amazing experience! However, while the all-girls school has multiple dances and outings, I'm not sure if I would get the full high school experience, because I want a boyfriend and to go to football games, etc. Though, I'm sure that the all-girls school would be extremely beneficial to my college applications and my future, so I'm not sure which school outweighs the other. On the other hand it costs a lot and I'm sure that I would have a good experience at the public school too! I'm just very confused! Thanks for the help!also... could you please tell me some pros and cons of both :) this decision is very hard!

Great arguments for Christians who believe in evolution to use?
My mother and I get along very well and we rarely fight. However, the other night my jr. high age little sister asked me why we have wisdom teeth if they just have to be removed. I responded without hesitation, "probably evolution."My mother became VERY upset and started yelling. It became a HUGE argument that caused me to cry myself to sleep for the first time since I was a teenager. My mother is a Jehovah's Witness and I am a Baptist. I also have a degree and she did not attend college, so we dont necessarily have the same beliefs or backgrounds at ALL.
She stated that only true Christians believe exactly what the bible says- that we were born of Adam and Eve. I told her that I dont think that we are meant to understand everything in the bible. I said that Adam and Eve couldnt have produced both asian and black children- they had to EVOLVE. I also asked her why she believed in dinosaurs- theyre not mentioned in the bible.....
She said I wasnt a true Christian if I believed in evolution and my education had "scrambled my brain and hurt my relationship with God". Any reasonable arguments I didnt consider??
Um, Ernie is crazy. Everyone please give him a thumbs down for me.
Everyone else: thanks so much for your thoughts

Need to take some money from my 401k?
Alright so i need to take a few grand out of my 401k for some expenses that i don't have the money for right now!I read a few articles about how they will charge me 10 percent plus i'll be taxed on it... and at this point that is ok with me. However
My HR department said that i can only take a loan out on it and only for these reasons:
1. To purchase a home
2. To pay medical bills
3. To pay for funeral/burial costs for an immediate dependent
4. Education expense
but it's my money right.. i should be able to take out of it if i want, that's why there's a penalty!...
can someone please clarify for me?
i didn't say i didn't like the rules doctor dick face... i just need some money quickly.. I'm sure you've never been in that position though, my bad.
Steven, thank you for your answer... however, nowhere did i say i didn't like the rules, I couldn't care less about them... if you want to quote me, please do so verbatim. Plain and simple fact, I need to use some of that money, if i can't, i'll live with it, trust me I don't want to. and thank you for the kind advice on budgeting, however my friend, you know nothing about my situation, so please get down off your perch and stop pretending like you know me...
It just so happens this money would be going towards helping my mother who needs dentist work really bad, it's poisoning her system... so i suggest you stop assuming things and answer the question in a manner that is not condescending... you and doctor death... thanks but no thanks!

Going to a top 20 liberal arts college, will employers know about it or care?
My top 20 ranked liberal arts school is tough and it's unlikely I will graduate with a GPA of 4.0...or really anything close to it. In fact, I might be lucky to just get a 3.5. But like I said, it's hard. The worst part is that at least among my friends and family, nobody seems to know about this school. But shouldn't employers know? Will I look comparable to a guy from No Name State school who came out with a 4.0? Really, will my top ranked liberal arts education count for anything? I don't want to have to actually point out my school's rank during an interview (it's 14 in US Weekly if you really want to know)... but will the people doing the hiring even bother to look it up or will they just write it off as some no name school?I go to Grinnell College.

What does this mean to you?
What Congress gives, Congress can take away. When the dust finally settled from one of the most rancorous and partisan appropriations processes in recent memory, the big funding increases for basic physical sciences research that had seemed a certainty as recently as mid-December had all but disappeared.Among the sciences, particle physics was hardest hit by the omnibus spending package that was signed into law in December, nearly three months into the 2008 fiscal year. Caught in the crossfire of a budget feud between the White House and congressional Democrats, the Department of Energy's Fermilab and SLAC were forced to announce plans to shed hundreds of jobs and terminate R&D on several accelerator projects. And the $160 million US contribution to the ITER experimental fusion facility was practically eliminated by last-minute cuts that were made to reduce overall spending to the level demanded by President Bush. NSF was wounded too, losing $500 million of the funding increases that had been included in bills already cleared by House and Senate appropriators.
At press time, some science advocates were readying a plan for congressional allies to introduce a supplemental appropriations bill that would add back $100 million of the ITER contribution and $50 million for high-energy physics. The bill would also include $150 million to permit full utilization of the x-ray and neutron user facilities at several DOE labs.
It's a long-shot strategy, since supplementals are ostensibly limited to funding for emergencies such as wars and natural disasters. Still, Michael Lubell, director of public affairs at the American Physical Society, said the cuts to high-energy physics and ITER qualify as emergencies, since the layoffs and project terminations will permanently damage US particle physics, and the loss of ITER funding will further tarnish US credibility on international scientific projects. Cutbacks at DOE user facilities will accelerate the flight of high-tech R&D to Europe and Asia, he warned.
White House science adviser John Marburger said he was surprised at the way the numbers came out, although he had expected that Congress would have trouble trying to find money for the new programs authorized in last year's America Creating Opportunities to Meaningfully Promote Excellence in Technology, Education, and Science (COMPETES) Act, which is supposed to shore up US technological leadership. Marburger hinted that the administration might take some "corrective action" to mitigate the shortfalls, particularly for ITER. But he declined to be specific. "I'm not an expert on how this all works," he said. "I'm the science guy."
Before the budget standoff with Bush, House and Senate appropriators had approved a 16% increase for DOE's Office of Science and a 9% jump for NSF. But by the time a truce was declared, the increases had shrunk to 4.5% and 2.5%, respectively. After subtracting $123 million in congressional earmarks that were placed in the science office budget, the DOE science programs rose just 2.6%. (By tradition, lawmakers do not earmark NSF's budget.)
Fermilab hit hardest
Nowhere was the impact of the cuts greater than at Fermilab, where distressed director Piermaria Oddone told the 1900 employees to brace for 200 layoffs. Those who remain on staff will be required to take two unpaid days off each month. "In my career of 35 years with the DOE, I have never been handed a problem more difficult than this one," Oddone told an all-hands meeting on 20 December.
Another casualty of the spending measure is R&D for the International Linear Collider, most of which took place at Fermilab. The cutbacks Congress ordered in the ILC program effectively terminated the effort for the remainder of the year (see related story on page 21).
In a "dear colleague" letter, Dennis Kovar, acting associate director for high-energy physics in DOE's Office of Science, said the 8% cut to his program's budget from fiscal year 2007 levels—$94 million below Bush's request for FY 2008—forced the "premature" termination of the B factory at SLAC. The PEP-II accelerator that powers the B factory had been scheduled to close at the end of 2008. Kovar said the decision was based on recent guidance from the scientific community that ranked Fermilab's Tevatron collider and its Neutrinos at the Main Injector experiment as higher priorities than the B factory.
SLAC's newly installed director Persis Drell told employees that the B factory will be shuttered in early March. The lab "will move with all deliberate speed" to lay off about 125 staff, she said at an all-hands meeting on 7 January. Combined with the 100 redundancies that were already planned to "readjust the skills mix" of the 1500-member SLAC workforce, it will be the largest number of job cuts ever for the lab. Pink slips will be h

If you could teach President Obama one lesson, what would it be?
I would teach him the MLK lesson judge people by the content of their character. What would you teach him?Obama was elected the first black President "Hoping" he would "Change" the United States into a better place where people of all backgrounds, race, religion, income, wealth, age, health, BMI, sexual preference, education, and profession would be treated equally by the government. No more back room deals for straight white people, farmer, oil companies, minority groups, government employees, wall street bankers, auto unions, etc... He has done just the opposite. Obama is a divider not a uniter. Obama judges us all by our color, our income, our health and cuts backroom deals with everyone. Obamacare takes money from the healthy and gives it to the sick. If you are too old then forget it, you are too old for healthcare, you're not worth it. If Obama could learn the MLK lesson of judging people by the content of their character their actions and deeds and not their words, looks, income, job, etc. If Obama wasn't bigoted, and didn't discriminate he would have an Attorney General who prosecutes people based on their crimes and not their color or religion. In foreign policy he wouldn't judge Israel differently than Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Venezuela. I would teach Obama to not discriminate based on anything else other than the content of a persons character. What would you teach him?
If you disagree on what grounds? Why do you think discrimination based on anything other than character is acceptable?
The I have a dream speech... Obama is no MLK

tfloley50 can you elaborate? Not sure what you are saying about Beck. Also can you give an example about Obama what he should do or did do or didn't do that supports your comment.
Lyssa,
I can't figure out what you are saying. Do you have any examples. I'm a conservative and I don't ever hear anyone I know say anything against Obama the person. Its all about his radical policies. You seem to live in a different world from me. Have you ever listened to conservative talk shows or watch Fox News? You should try it, its not anything like the propoganda you hear about.
How_would
good one. He just said the other day he was going to help business hire more people by making it easier for them to borrow money. Have you ever I mean ever heard of a company borrowing money to hire someone? You might be right balancing his check book would be a good start.
RalphB,
I believe you. You are correct I'm a conservative (meaning I believe in the constitution, natural law, limited federal government) I am being totally sincere, but totally understand why you can't believe me. I think the only difference between me and you is you think you know what is being discussed on talk radio and Fox News where as I know what is being discussed and I know what is being discussed on mainsteem media too.
Why don't you watch fox and listen to Mark Levin and Rush for one month. I will bet you $100 your opinion of me and the tea party movement will change. Do you wan to do it? Heres how the bet would work. You would honest write down what you believe about conservatives and the tea party movement. Then you would watch and listen to conservative points of view. Then you would write your new opinion of conservatives and the tea party. If your views have changed I win, if not you win. You up to it?
James...
You're an idiot! Go drink some more Obama koolaid.
Ralph I think there's hope for you. You seem like a nice and reasonable guy. I guy I would enjoy and nice glass of Opus One with.
Keep watching the real news and I think you will start to see more balance.
The reason Fox doesn't get more democrats to interview is they refuse to come up because they will ask real questions.
I used to watch O'Reilly but he now drives me nuts. I don't trust him he seems to change his views based on what he thinks will get him the best ratings with the "folks".
Try Beck on Fox and Levine on the radio.
Last thing, try not to see everything through a color lense. The guys you mentioned were not singled out because they were black, they were singled out because they were radicals. I noticed you didn't mention the white guy as education zcar, hes another radical but doesn't fit your colored glasses.

About one and a half year ago, I fought for it . I told he I would go to the morning classes and help him out afternoon. During my study, I kept my promise.. I took my son to pre-school before school, and helped him out after school ... However, after 2 semesters, he rejected me again ..He threatened me, I couldn't go back to school anymore unless we got divorce.. Alright, I gave up my study..I help him out as a partner. He treats me good if we don't have fight...Yesterday , we had a big fight..I told him I wish he would like his brother who supported his wife to have a higher education.......blah blah blah...Later, I tried to make it up, but he didn't want it .
Today, he said I ruined his life and I were not grateful..
I take care of my son, help him out and try not to bother him to take me to the stores with me .. I just want him to let me go back to school and to keep our marriage. Do I ask too much ?
Do you think I am not grateful ?

NYC parents! PLEASE help me..HUGE school issues?
My son was struggling in 6th grade...so we stepped in. I am APPALLED, at times, by the quality of the education he is receiving. He attends I.S. 230 in Queens, Jackson Heights. I have had enough and done EVERYTHING imaginable to work with these people..my son has been tutored 4 hours a day and brings home ALL As...some Bs...and good marks on his daily conduct reports. I have even followed up with all of his teachers and they say he's doing well..then report cards come and he has 70s?! When I ask for proof of this, and how it averages..I receive ONE email...and NEVER hear from THEM or the Asst. Principal, again..who said they were going to help us. We went UP to the school the DAY after he got his card...and I have emailed SOOOOOO many times. I am SICK of it. Who can I report them to? They are trying to tell me that a 70 is not bad..but cannot provide proof of WHY he earned a 70 for THAT marking period...mind you this is NOT an average. And even online, his grades say he as a 90% in the class, etc.I want to report this school WITH my name. Please help me! I have had enough. What kind of message does this send to a kid? I told them he is grounded until we hear back..and they still don't care to reply. I do NOT care if they are on summer break...the principal said it would be dealt with..and it's THEIR responsiblity to get things right and show PROOF of how he earned such a horrid grade. At this point, I want to report them.

I won't be out of education until I'm 26, but it's always been my intention to 'settle down' sooner?
Hello all,I'm 18 years old and start my six year medical degree at The University of Cambridge this October. Two further years of virtually compulsory "education" must follow if I'm to sign up to the Medical Register; which leaves me at 26 years old.
However, I've always wanted to 'settle down', so to speak, sooner, in the former half of my twenties. Perhaps even have a child.
Do you think this is reasonable? Or will the work load and other pressures just be too overwhelming?
Not to sound big headed at all, but I will be almost certain to have a well paying career after my education in order to support a family immediately after my education has finished.
You may think that this sounds all a bit silly coming from an 18 year old, but it's how I genuinely feel and can't see my thoughts changing. At 13 years old I got into a four year relationship. I enjoy having a partner that I can care for and who cares for me.
I am not just another youngster who wants to live in a flat, smoking weed with a baby to take care of. I am a strong minded and mature individual that would rather settle down sooner than later.
(Although if you still get the impression I am being stupid, please do say so!)
Thank you :)
*I have asked this question in the "Newborn and baby" section too in the hope that some people will have experience in starting a family throughout a Degree :)
Thanks for the mix of answers so far everyone.
Ps. I'm male.
